A Safe Space Offering Mentorship for Girls
TeTe’s House is a mentoring home where girls and young women ages 12–25 can prepare for real life alongside caring adults. We know how much you carry as a parent or caregiver—and how important it is to know where your child is, who she’s with, and what she’s learning. Our goal is to partner with you by offering a safe, structured, and joyful environment focused on preparation, not perfection.

How TeTe’s House supports your child
Daughters participate in weekly mentoring circles and focused workshops led by trained mentors and community partners. Groups are age-appropriate and designed to be small enough for everyone to be known. Each gathering includes a mix of teaching, discussion, and practical tools your child can use right away. We pay close attention to safety, group dynamics, and emotional support so your child is not only gaining skills, but also experiencing consistent, caring community.
Staying in the loop
We believe parents and caregivers are partners. We provide updates about schedules, key topics we’re covering, and any major concerns that come up. You’ll always know how to contact us with questions, and we welcome your insight about what your child needs in this season.
Safety, boundaries, and care
Safety is non-negotiable at TeTe’s House. Mentors are screened, trained, and supported so they can show up in a healthy way for your child. We have clear expectations for behavior, confidentiality, and communication, and we do not position mentors to replace parents or caregivers. Instead, we aim to add another layer of support. Boundaries, consent, and emotional safety are built into how we teach, how we listen, and how we respond.
Can I visit or observe a session?
We’re happy to talk with you about the best way to get a feel for TeTe’s House. In some cases, we may invite parents to open houses or special events so you can see the environment, meet mentors, and ask questions.
How will I know what my child is learning?
We share regular updates about themes we’re covering—like money, boundaries, or wellness—so you can continue conversations at home. You can always reach out to us if you’d like more detail or want support navigating a specific situation.
What if my daughter is nervous or shy?
That’s completely normal. Many youth start out quiet or unsure. We never force anyone to share before they’re ready. Over time, most youth open up as they experience safety, consistency, and respect.
